Opening Times:

– 10am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
– 10am to 7pm Thursday after 4 pm appointment only.
– 10am – 5pm Saturdays for an hour only due to demand.       
– 10 am and 2 pm VIP Sunday appointment only. Appointments are two hours long with refreshments (wedding gown only). 

We advise booking an appointment for Saturdays to avoid disappointment. We do not charge for appointments or ask for you’re credit card details upon booking.

Would we buy second-hand gowns?
 Apologies we do not, we only buy from our designers to keep our gowns up to date with the current bridal trends.

Can I park nearby? 
You can park in Toys are Us which is free for two hours (though do not overstay these hours due to parking fines) or St Andrews car park.

Do I need to book an appointment to try gowns? 
You’re more than welcome to pop by during the week, no appointment is necessary, but on Saturday it’s very important to book to avoid disappointment. Sunday and late-night Thursday is by appointment only.

How many guests can I bring to the appointment? 
We ask that you bring no more than four guests due to spacing in our store.

How long does it take for gowns to arrive once ordered? 
Once your gown is ordered it takes approximately three and a half months for the gown to arrive. Once your gown is here it then takes another 1-2 months for the gown to be altered depending on how busy our seamstress is. So please give yourself plenty of time to order.

What happens if my wedding is just around the corner and I don’t have much time?
Not to worry we have plenty of lovely gowns we can help you with in-store and alterations can be turned around quickly if needed. If you do have a little bit of time we can ask our labels to rush order a gown which takes 10 weeks. 

How long is my appointment? 
This really does depend on you and how much you love trying on gowns but we do find generally we spend roughly two hours with you.

What about my shape I have no idea what this is? 
Not to worry we will fit lots of different styles on you until you find the right shape for you.

Do you have a payment plan service? 
We take the price of the gown and divide it over a number of months until a month before the wedding to allow for alterations. Brides in the past have found this a brilliant way to spread the cost of their wedding.

How much do I need to pay for my gown to be ordered? 
All we require is half the price of the gown and we place the order straight away. 

What if I’m on a diet? 
If you are on a diet no worries we will measure you how you are now and we can always have the gown taken in a couple of sizes, two months before the wedding. Any more sizes lost the gown will need re-constructing which is possible but expensive something to bear in mind. 


Alterations are not included. We will give you the details of an independent seamstress.
