Service Description
Celebrate saying “yes” to your dream dress with our exclusive LUXE Bridal Appointment. Perfect for brides who want to make the experience extra special, you’ll enjoy a relaxed and private two-hour appointment with your closest family and friends. Your LUXE experience includes: • One glass of Prosecco or pink lemonade per guest. • Delicious cake served during your appointment. • A dedicated bridal stylist. • Exclusive use of the boutique. £10 per person Minimum of 8 guests, including the bride. Additional glasses of Prosecco and pink lemonade are available to purchase during your appointment. Please note: Guests choosing Prosecco must be aged 18 or over. Challenge 25 operates at City Brides, and valid photographic ID may be requested where appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made at the latest of 24-hours prior to your appointment to ensure that other brides have the opportunity to take your place if you are unable to attend. Appointment fees (excluding LUXE) are deductable from your total purchase amount should you place an order with us. The order can be placed at a later date than your first appointment, and you will still receive your appointment cost deducted from your total amount payable. In the event that you do not make a purchase with us, you will not be entitled to a refund of your appointment fee. LUXE Appointments are excluded from the above policy and are not deductable from the total amount payable for your dress. LUXE appointments are non-refundable.
