Service Description
Discover your dream prom dress with a LUXE appointment! LUXE includes 1 hour of prom dress shopping excitement, paired with pink lemonade and gorgeous cakes. Please Note: When booking this appointment, you must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older. This appointment is for you alone to try on dresses and will last for 1 hour. Unfortunately, additional individuals will not be able to try on dresses during this appointment. This appointment includes refreshments for 1 prom princess and 2 accompanying guests. Additional guests can be added at the cost of £5 per head, payable on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made at the latest of 24-hours prior to your appointment to ensure that other brides have the opportunity to take your place if you are unable to attend. Appointment fees (excluding LUXE) are deductable from your total purchase amount should you place an order with us. The order can be placed at a later date than your first appointment, and you will still receive your appointment cost deducted from your total amount payable. In the event that you do not make a purchase with us, you will not be entitled to a refund of your appointment fee. LUXE Appointments are excluded from the above policy and are not deductable from the total amount payable for your dress. LUXE appointments are non-refundable.
